By accessing or using the SteadyRise Floristry Institute website, courses, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Use of Services
You may use our educational content solely for personal or professional development in floristry. You must not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any materials without written permission.
- Access is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.
- Accounts must be kept secure; you are responsible for all activity under your login.
- Commercial use of course content requires a separate licensing agreement.
Purchases and Payments
All course purchases are final once access credentials are issued. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through our third-party providers. Refunds are available within 14 days only if the course has not been started.
Intellectual Property
All original content, curricula, photography, and instructional designs remain the exclusive property of SteadyRise Floristry Institute. Students retain ownership of their personal floral projects created during courses.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results from our methods. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
